One filling is good — two is better. Craft handmade ravioli doppi with rich fillings and classic Italian sauces.
A hands-on pasta class inspired by Italian tradition. Dating back to the 14th century, ravioli were once reserved for feast days and special gatherings. In this class, guests will learn to make fresh egg pasta dough and craft ravioli doppi — elegant double-stuffed ravioli layered with complementary fillings. We’ll explore classic techniques and finish with two timeless sauces, allowing guests to taste how each transforms the dish.
