From the misty fjords to pine-scented forests
Step into the serene beauty of the North with our Fjord & Forest Brunch — a Scandinavian-inspired culinary escape celebrating the flavors of sea and land.
In this hands-on class, you’ll craft dishes inspired by the rugged coastlines and forested hills of Norway and Sweden — think crisp potatoes, smoked salmon, roasted beets, and the cozy aroma of warm rye. We’ll bring balance to your brunch plate with dishes that are rustic yet refined, all paired with a sparkling Lingonberry Mimosa that captures the spirit of Nordic light.
This is brunch, reimagined the Scandinavian way — fresh, natural, and full of soul.
Menu:
- Smoked Salmon Rösti with Horseradish Cream & Fresh Dill
- Roasted Beet & Apple Salad with Hazelnuts & Lemon Vinaigrette
- Warm Rye Scones with Honey-Butter & Sea Salt
- Lingonberry Mimosa
All guests must be 21 years of age or older. Please remember your government-issued ID. Seats are priced per person. Please list any dietary restrictions in the comment section.
To receive a refund or credit, cancellations must be submitted no less than 48 hours before the class begins. Contact the school at [email protected] or 385-257-8309 with any questions.
