Beer & Brats, 21+ (June 17)
Wednesday, June 17 | 6:00-8:00 p.m.
Harmons Station Park Cooking School
Chef Laura
After years of daunting experimentation... countless hours toiling; pint after pint!... Our team of dedicated Chefs have sleuthed out the best beers from our aisles to perk up all your Summer celebrations. Alas, beer is not just for drinking and clinking! Kick back and relax as we serve up intentional food pairings and celebrate one of the many charitable efforts Harmons is proud to support. You won't beer-lieve how much we can incorporate beer into one evening.
Here at Harmons we are proud to work alongside MS Society, raising money and awareness by grilling up Harmons bratwurst and classic hot dogs during the weekends in June. This class is a direct celebration of that effort and we are proud to bring awareness to the charitable efforts that make us proud to work at Harmons.
This class entails eating delicious bratwurst, knocking back a couple pints, and enjoying all that Summer has to offer in the comfort of the A/C.
In this class you'll enjoy a Chef-prepared dinner with beer pairings. Our menu will entail:
- Harmons Steakhouse Cheddar Bratwurst / PBR Beer Cheese with Harmons Crostini and seasoned pretzel
- Harmons Jalapeno Bratwurst with Mango Cart Wheat Ale (Golden Road Brewing)
- Harmons Classic Bratwurst, braised in lager and Harmons Green Onion Cheeseball, served philly cheesesteak style with peppers n' onions, paired with Montucky Cold Snack American Lager
What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
