Are you ready for Brunch? How about a breakfast with Child worthy Eggs Benedict that you will be able to recreate at home! Join us for this delicious dish with a California twist.

We are adding fresh tomato, avocado and crispy oven-roasted bacon to this classic instead of Canadian bacon and you will love it!

Chef Mark will teach you how to poach an egg and make an easy Hollandaise (thanks to Chef Julia). Then help yourself to our flavored coffee bar. Let's spend a summer morning together!

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations, dishes and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
