Craftober Fest 2026

Craftober Fest is a celebration of South Salt Lake's creative community, featuring local food, brew and cocktails, live music, art vendors, and interactive art activities. The event is open to all, inviting both lifelong residents and first-time visitors to shop, eat, dance, and engage with local artists and creators.

• Date & time: Saturday, October 3rd, 2026, from 12:00pm to 5:00pm.
• Location: 2460 S. Oakland Ave (between Main Street and West Temple).
• Vendor applications: "Craftober Fest - Art on Tap" vendor applications are open until August 14th, 2026. Artists can apply to be part of the curated art vendor market.
• Plein air artists: There will be 8 plein air artists who paint live at the event. Plein air artist applications open July 27.
• Silent auction: After the festival, a silent auction featuring the completed plein air artworks will take place on October 15th from 6:00–8:00 pm at Level Crossing Brewery (ages 21+).
• Volunteers & sponsorship: Volunteers are welcomed to help during the event. Sponsorship opportunities are available; for sponsorship, contact arts@sslc.gov.
