Ecstatic Dance

Schedule:

• 11:00am–12:00pm — Opening hour: Yoga, breath work, meditation, etc. Lead by rotating qualified facilitators in the community.

• 12:00–12:15pm — Opening Circle + Guideline Recap

• 12:15–2:15pm — Ecstatic Dance with live DJ

• 2:15–2:30pm — Closing Circle + Sound Bath, acoustic music performance

• 2:45–3:45pm — Post-dance, occasional impromptu song circle. Acoustic song sharing. Instruments welcome.

• 1:30–3:00pm — Healthy food available for purchase / Social hour

Ecstatic Dance weaves together live DJs, immersive sound journeys, and free-form movement. It's a substance-free, all ages, community celebration where you can simply be yourself, and experience rejuvenation and inspiration through connection, dance & music.

Tickets are $20 for adults, $5 for children (under 18). We also offer a $155 10-punch pass.
