The Golden Spike Rodeo is a traditional PRCA Rodeo held annually and will take place Wednesday through Saturday, August 26-29, 2026. Events begin each evening at 7:30 p.m.
Highlights:
- Wednesday, August 26: Family Night and Domestic Violence Awareness Night (Wear Purple). Activities include PRCA events, county-only Stock Saddle Bronc Riding, calf scramble for ages 11-13, and kids stick horse races for children ages 5 and younger, 6-7, and 8-10.
- Thursday, August 27: Family Night continues.
- Friday, August 28: Parade of Champions and "Tough Enough to Wear Pink" night (Wear Pink).
- Saturday, August 29: Patriot Night (Wear Red, White, and Blue).
A special Slack/Timed Events competition will be held on Saturday, August 22 at 8 a.m. with free admission.
Tickets go on sale online starting July 28, 2026 at 9am. If you can't attend in person, the rodeo will be broadcast live on the Cowboy Channel.
