We'll welcome you into our Station Park Chocolate Factory, where we fully support your habit—and teach you a few different ways to indulge it. Head chocolate lover Chef Laura shows off how to make a savory poblano-cocoa mole for tamales, peppermint chocolate brownies with new Ghirardelli Peppermint Mix-Ins, and a delicate Station Park chocolate torte. Based on a Sacher torte, it's a recipe you'll make again and again.
