You've done date night the traditional way: wait for a table, stare at a menu, make conversation, pay your bill, tip your server, and leave wondering how dinner for two somehow cost that much? How about you come have some fun in the grocery store. Birria Before Sunrise is dinner, drinks, and a bit of dancing all rolled into one. The music is on, the kitchen smells incredible, and you'll be surrounded by people who came to have a good time. We'll get our hands dirty making rich, chile-packed birria beef, pile it into cheesy tacos, crisp them up on the grill, and dunk the whole glorious mess into hot consommé. As if tacos weren't enough of a reason to come, our resident mixologist Preston will serve hand-crafted Tequila Sunrises.
Expect good drinks, bad jokes from your Chef, music, good food, plenty of laughing, and an actual experience instead of another night sitting across a restaurant table asking, “So... how was work?”
Come hungry. Wear a shirt you're willing to risk around birria. This is your sign to do something different tonight.
Menu:
- Quesabirria beef tacos and consommé
- Freshly squashed pinto beans
- Salsa aguacate
