Prost!!! Gather round the table and feast on the delightful foods synonymous with Oktoberfest! This night isn't for the weak—this is a feast unlike any other we do here at the Cooking School. Hearty gravy, pickely tart kraut, this time sans the beer so you can get to work in the morning. We've got it all here, we're just missing you!

You'll cook:
- Fresh Pretzels with Mustard and Cheeseball
- Crispy Pork Schnitzel
- Golden Potato Latkes
- Harmons Bratwursts, Braised in Beef Broth, Whole Grain Mustard
- Savory Sauerbraten Gravy
- Sauerkraut
- Flying Cauldron Butterscotch Beer

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.

Seats are priced per person.
