It's a true Hatch-abration here in the Station Park Cooking School- we are green with excitement and joy to be celebrating our annual Taste of Chile Roast. If you're a devoted fan of the Hatch Chile like we are- you'll love this class. We've infused Hatch into breakfast food for the ultimate combination of savory, sweet, and heat.
What You'll Cook:
- "Hatchbrowns"
- "Green Eggs & Hatch" - Hatch Chile Infused Egg Bites
- "Hatch Chile Hollandaise"
- Hatch Chile Butter and Syrup for Sweet (non-Hatch containing) French Toast
What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors; you'll work in small groups and share workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
- Seats are priced per person.
