In this edition of Taco Tuesday, we are keeping things 100% wheat free! We'll make shrimp tacos, carne asada tostadas, fresh refried black beans and enjoy an island inspired mocktail. Keeping things gluten free doesn't mean sacrificing or substituting, it can be about highlighting the wonderful ingredients available to us. Those in attendance who aren't needing to be wheat-free can rest assured the bold flavors and textures shine in our technical applications. You'll be sure to recreate these recipes at home again and again!
