Everybody Loves Ramen (May 18)
Monday, May 18 | 6:00-8:00 p.m.
Harmons Station Park Cooking School
Chef Laura
Step into our kitchen for a cozy, hands-on evening inspired by the energy of a neighborhood noodle shop. Together we’ll roll and cut fresh noodles while a tonkatsu broth quietly simmers nearby. Fold homemade gyoza while you enjoy a freshly popped bottle of ramune. Elegantly sear tender steaks, served next to a velvety soft-boiled egg and your choice of various toppings from our toppings bar.
This class isn’t about strict regional technique or mastering professional ramen craft- it’s about the joy of cooking together, learning a few great tricks, and creating a bowl you’ll be proud to slurp.
What you can expect in our Everybody Loves Ramen class:
- Fresh, hand cut egg noodles
- A rich, layered broth
- Tender marinated and seared beef
- Flavorful toppings and garnishes
- Hand folded gyoza with dipping sauce
- A relaxed, social atmosphere
Whether you’re planning a date night, gathering friends, or just deeply devoted to a good bowl of ramen, this class is designed to be welcoming, playful, and delicious.
