Welcome to our Mediterranean cooking class, where fresh ingredients and vibrant flavors take center stage. We’ll begin with a classic favorite—smooth, creamy hummus—served with warm, fluffy pita bread. From there, you’ll learn to prepare savory pork and chicken souvlaki, a refreshing couscous salad, and cool, garlicky tzatziki. We’ll finish on a sweet note with a delightful dessert to round out the meal. Together, these dishes showcase the balance, simplicity, and rich traditions that make Mediterranean cuisine so beloved. Let’s get cooking!

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
