About

The Seventh Annual Belgian Waffle Ride Utah is an endurance cycling event in Cedar City, Utah, taking place June 12–13, 2026. It is the third stop of the Belgian Waffle Ride Quad-Tripel Crown of Gravel Series (also includes races in Arizona, California, and Montana).

Friday, June 12: Rider Check-In and Unroad Expo at Main Street Park, 200 N Main St, Cedar City. The expo features over 50 exhibitors offering bikes, gear, performance tech, local food trucks, craft beer, and live music. Riders collect packets and can join a Friday Night Social.

Saturday, June 13: Race day on a refreshed course that emphasizes flowing dirt and gravel sectors, removing technical single-track in favor of power- and skill-based terrain.

Distance options:
- Waffle: 117 miles / 188 kilometers, 5,940 feet of climbing, ~60% unroad, 4 feed zones
- Wafer: 66.5 miles / 108 kilometers, 2,734 feet of climbing, ~68% unroad, 2 feed zones
- Wanna: 27.1 miles / 43.6 kilometers, 913 feet of climbing, ~25% unroad, 1 feed zone

The festival emphasizes camaraderie and competition, with pre- and post-race waffles, coffee, beverages, and Belgian ale. Every rider receives a musette bag with sponsor swag, BWR Bucks, race number and RFID tag, and access to finisher’s trophy beer. There is podium recognition for top finishers in age categories for the Waffle and Wafer events, and for the Top 5 Overall.

Registration is available online. Riders can cancel their entry for event credit at least a week before the event. Event insurance can be purchased during registration.

The event is open to all levels, with category-specific challenges for amateurs to win jerseys in Q/KOM, Q/KOD, and Q/KOS segments. T-shirts and BWR branded gear are available during registration and at the expo.
