Let's take a trip to Thailand and learn about some beautiful vegetable heavy cooking that we've all come to love. With our dietitian as your chef and teacher, you'll make a balanced meal that'll leave your stomach full and happy. In this class you'll have fun making some chicken satay skewers and a hearty bowl Pad Woon Sen. Practice your knife skills and rice paper wrapping with some refreshing spring rolls prepared from our beloved Harmons produce and a delicious peanut sauce for dipping! All of this served with Thai Tea to cool you off from this summer heat, provided by our dietitian!

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
