Oktoberfest

Oktoberfest at Snowbird is a family-friendly festival featuring several weeks of activities, live music, traditional Bavarian fare, and over 50 varieties of beer, plus an array of local vendors.

The event takes place every Saturday and Sunday, plus Labor Day, from August 8 through October 11, 2026. Each festival day runs from noon to 6 pm. Admission is free.

Biergarten and food:
- A variety of German beers, including traditional German-style brews and beers from local Utah breweries.
- Traditional German foods available à la carte: bratwurst, weisswurst, sauerkraut, apple strudel, pretzels.

Activities and entertainment:
- Kid-friendly and all-ages activities, with over 21 summer activities such as the Alpine Slide, Mountain Coaster, Ropes Course, and more.
- Games in the Halle tent.
- Alphorn performances on Hidden Peak.
- A rotating non-profit booth at the Marktplatz.

Marktplatz vendors:
- Over 40 local vendors offering items like jewelry, custom woodworking, pottery, crafted goods, and artwork.

Other notes:
- Guests can save on select drinks by reusing their Snowbird Oktoberfest stein or mug.
