Escape to the Italian countryside for an evening of fresh, seasonal flavors in this hands-on cooking class inspired by a classic Italian steakhouse. You'll learn how to prepare perfectly grilled Steak Tagliata, slice it like the Italians do, and finish it with simple ingredients that let every flavor shine. Pair it with crispy Garlic Parmesan Potatoes and grilled zucchini topped with vibrant homemade pesto for a meal that's both elegant and approachable.
We'll begin with a refreshing Burrata Caprese featuring ripe tomatoes, fresh basil, and creamy burrata, then end the evening with a light and luxurious Prosecco Sabayon—a silky Italian custard infused with sparkling wine and served with fresh seasonal berries.
