As you prepare an elegant menu, you'll enjoy a guided tasting of four classic red wines—Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Merlot, and Malbec—and learn how each wine's tannins, acidity, and body influence the perfect pairing.

- Herb-Crusted Beef Tenderloin with Red Wine Shallot Sauce
- Wild Mushroom & Gruyère Risotto
- Roasted Garlic Green Beans with Toasted Almonds
- Mixed Greens Salad with Goat Cheese, Candied Pecans & Balsamic Vinaigrette
- Flourless Dark Chocolate Torte with Raspberry Coulis

What to expect in a Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
- Seats are priced per person.
