Unlock the secrets of sourdough bread in this hands-on workshop led by Jordan Davis at the Mooon Bread kitchen in Suncrest, Draper, Utah. The event lasts about 3 hours and is open to all ages, with up to 14 attendees per session.
In this beginner-friendly class you'll learn to bake sourdough bread from scratch and create your own sourdough starter. Enjoy freshly baked bread and sourdough pizza during class, paired with dips and jams. Participants are encouraged to bring something to share to complement the bread.
