Harmons Bangerter Crossing Cooking School
Chef Dee Beltz
Step into the soul of Athens and experience the joy of making and eating authentic Greek Gyros (pronounced "YEE-ro") in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Dee will walk you through marinating pork, chicken, and beef souvlaki and roasting them on a skewer with vegetables, plus making pita bread from scratch. You can choose to create a gyro topped with tzatziki or serve your souvlaki over lemon basmati rice with a refreshing herb, tomato, cucumber, and feta salad.
Come and make new friends in our immersive class and leave with the confidence to recreate this meal at home for your friends and family. After all, that is what cooking is all about, bringing people together!
