The Salt Lake Book Festival is a literary gathering taking place on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at The Gateway in Salt Lake City, Utah. The festival welcomes devoted readers, those new to books, kids, tweens, families, and first-timers—everyone is invited.

Attendees can expect high-energy author conversations, panel discussions, book signings, and a curated marketplace featuring independent booksellers and local makers. Stages will offer programming for all ages, including:

The festival is free and accessible to the public for the market and general festivities.
