This month in our Steakhouse Series we will be featuring the mighty New York Steak! In this class you will learn how to prepare and cook the perfect steak with tips and tricks straight from the fine dining world. You’ll learn how to properly season and sear your steak in a cast iron pan, and finish it off by basting with butter, garlic, and fresh thyme.

Along with the perfect steak, you will also be introduced to some delicious, savory sides. Our Chef will instruct you on how to cook black garlic mashed potatoes using the Instant Pot and a fresh asparagus sautéed in lemon and garlic you will love!

Menu:
- Harmons Artisan Bread with Cultured Butter
- New York Steaks, Basted with Garlic, Thyme and Butter
- Black Garlic Mashed Potatoes
- Sauteed Asparagus with Garlic & Lemon
- Harmons Seasonal Dessert

- Seats are priced per person.
- Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to class time.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations, dishes and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
