Join us for a Summer Foodie party where delicious bites meet craft cocktails. Platters that range from smoky to citrusy to downright decadent. The bar shakes and stirs seasonal signatures—think citrus-kissed spritzes, fun margaritas and frozen drinks with fresh fruit. Relax and enjoy while we serve you!
Music drifts, and the air hums with clinks and laughter, and we celebrate our country's 250th Birthday!
Come hungry, stay curious, and savor a night built for food lovers who like their flavors bold and their cocktails cold.

- Fresh Watermelon & Feta Salad starter with Watermelon Pineapple & Lime Rum Punch
- Turkey Koftas with Red Pepper & Tahini with Orange Blossom Margaritas
- Pork Sliders with Creamy Slaw, Savory Corn Casserole & Chilled Vegetable Medley with Mangonadas

We will do Cocktails & Mocktails!
You must be 21 years of age to attend this class. Please bring your government issued ID.
Seats are priced per person. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to class time.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations, dishes and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
