Come and learn how to make a truly handmade and hand cut egg pasta, Pappardelle. Chef Mark will guide you through the steps of how to make egg pasta, from mixing, to resting, rolling and cutting. You will also learn how to make beef and mushroom ragu from scratch to pair with your pasta.
To complement the meal during the demonstration, you will enjoy a chef-prepared bruschetta with Harmons baguettes, tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic, and olive oil. You will also put together a simple, rustic Italian salad and finish the evening with a Harmons seasonal dessert. Don’t miss out on this popular class!

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations, dishes and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
