In this class we will introduce you to Thai Cuisine, which offers a beautiful range of citrusy and floral aromas of lemongrass and kafir lime, as well as other exotic spices. We will guide you through making Fresh Yellow Curry with chicken. Alongside the curry you will make a green papaya salad to cool your palate with a sweet, citrusy, slightly sour refreshment. To finish off this meal we will enjoy sweet mango sticky rice with fresh mango and coconut.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations, dishes and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
