Come and join this amazing class! Chef Mark will take you on a tour through the streets of Hanoi in Vietnam as you navigate around the motorcycles zipping by. Explore all the humble little food stands while breathing in the aroma of exotic spices and sizzling meats. Your senses will be overwhelmed with sweet, spicy, savory, umami and fresh aromatic ingredients like lemongrass, cilantro, fish sauce, tangy pickled vegetables and peppery chilies.
We are so excited to include this all-new Asian cuisine class.
Menu:
- Lettuce Wraps Starter (Chef Prepared)
- Banh mi with Marinated Pork and/or Brisket (Brisket is Chef prepared)
- Vermicelli Rice noodle bowl with marinated pork (Bun Thit Nuong)
- Fresh Spring Rolls (Goi Cuon) with Spicy Peanut Sauce
- Pickled Carrot and Daikon Radish
- Strawberry - Pineapple Smoothie

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations, dishes and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
