Come enjoy the bounty of late spring with this flavorful, tantalizing Dietitian class. You’ll enjoy a refreshing shrimp and cucumber salad while Chef Mark and our Dietitian Elizabeth Ruffing demonstrate how to build a colorful bowl packed with fresh vegetables and served with oven baked Varlaks salmon. After the demonstration, you’ll join fellow guests baking salmon filets, making a fresh vinaigrette, and utilizing knife skills to create a super healthy meal packed with nutrients and fresh ingredients.

Menu:
- Marinated Shrimp and Cucumber Salad
- Varlaks Salmon Summer Bowl with Asparagus, Roasted Peppers, Snap Peas, Tomatoes, and Toasted Quinoa
- Arugula and Red Leaf Lettuce
- Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette
- Harmons Granola and Fresh Fruit Dessert

Seats are priced per person.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations, dishes and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
