Harmons Bangerter Crossing Cooking School
Chef Mark Benson

Join our Cooking School team as they introduce you to a unique, fresh pasta made right in store. This month we will be featuring Radiatori, a fun shaped semolina pasta with nooks and crannies that are optimal for holding a lot of sauce. During the demonstration you'll enjoy garlic flatbread as an appetizer as you learn how to cook and pair the pasta with Italian sausage, kale, tomato and Fontina cheese, and make a fresh Gremolata to top the pasta.

Chef Mark will also demonstrate how to put together a refreshing spring salad to pair with the rich pasta, and we will top the night off with a scoop of Harmons Italian sweet cream gelato. Come and make this an evening to remember!

Menu:
- Garlic Flatbread — Arugula, Pear, Lemon and Balsamic drizzle
- Radiatori with Italian Sausage, Kale, Tomato, Fontina Cheese
- Gremolata
- Spring Salad with Butter Lettuce, Tomato, Shaved Fennel, Strawberries and Balsamic
- Sweet Cream Gelato
