About

Korean Bibimbap & Bo Ssam (April 23)

Thursday, April 23 | 6:00-8:00 p.m.
Harmons Bangerter Crossing Cooking School
Chef Mark Benson

Join us for a hands-on cooking class that brings together some of Korea’s most beloved flavors, beginning with Bo Ssam pork lettuce wraps and finishing with the iconic Bibimbap. You’ll learn how to prepare its signature components—crisp vegetables, mushrooms, over-easy egg, and punchy condiments—served over fluffy white rice and topped with a vibrant, tangy gochujang sauce. Learn how to balance heat, sweetness, and savoriness to elevate both the bibimbap and Bo Ssam.

To round out the menu, we’ll prepare a refreshing, bright ginger scallion sauce with acidity and a hint of spice, marinated mushrooms, and savory, seasoned spinach. A spicy daikon salad will add a nice crunch to the richness of this meal. Come and join us for one of our newest Asian inspired classes!
