Who says you can't enjoy surf and turf during the week at home?! Chef Mark will guide you through the process of getting a perfect sear on a petite filet, sautéing garlic shrimp to the perfect texture and pairing this elegant duo with properly glazed carrots to sweet and tender perfection served over herbed red mashed potatoes and topped off with a luxurious red wine blackberry reduction. We will show you how Harmons can supply you with the best ingredients and proper instruction to execute the perfect steakhouse meal for a fraction of the price!

Seats are priced per person. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to class time. Please list any dietary restrictions in the comment section.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations, dishes and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
