Celebrate Canada Day with a hands-on cooking class dedicated to one of the country’s most iconic comfort foods: classic poutine made TWO ways. You’ll learn how to create perfectly crispy fries, rich and savory gravy, and assemble them the traditional way for the ultimate balance of texture and flavor. Along the way, the chef will share tips for mastering each component and elevating a simple dish into something truly crave-worthy. Warm, indulgent, and full of Canadian pride, this class is perfect for food lovers looking to honor Canada Day with a deliciously satisfying classic.

- Traditional Poutine topped w/Montreal Smoked meat
- Poutine with Red Wine Gravy
- Steamed Hot Dogs, all dressed

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- Work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by professional chef instructors.
- Work in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
Important Information: This class is 21+, and you must bring a valid government-issued photo ID to participate, even if you will not be drinking. We're required to verify ID at check-in, and we won't be able to admit any guests without one.
