The Utah Days of 47 Rodeo is a multi-day rodeo event taking place July 21–25, 2026, at the Utah State Fairpark in Salt Lake City.
Each evening features a full lineup of rodeo performances, including:
- bareback riding
- steer wrestling
- team roping
- saddle bronc riding
- breakaway roping
- tie-down roping
- barrel racing
- bull riding
Opening ceremonies start at 8:00 pm, with gates opening at 7:00 pm.
Starting at 5:00 pm each day, the Fairpark offers activities with no admission ticket required, including a mechanical bull, petting zoo, pony rides, food trucks, vendors, and exhibits.
Live music takes place in the Fun Zone from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm and resumes after the rodeo until 11:30 pm. A drone and fireworks show is scheduled nightly at 10:30 pm.
The final evening, July 25, is the Gold Medal Round, featuring championship-level competition.
The event is open to all ages and is aimed at families, rodeo fans, and community members participating in Salt Lake City's Pioneer Day celebrations.
