The Summit County Fair is a traditional small-town county fair held annually during the first full week of August in Coalville, Utah. The 2026 fair takes place from August 1 to August 8. Admission is always free.

Highlights include a carnival midway, rodeo events featuring cowboys and bucking broncos, a Demolition Derby, beauty pageants, displays of home canned goods, flowers, and vegetables, as well as the Junior Livestock Sale.
