In this hands-on class, we'll explore the comforting elegance of Burgundy-style cooking - where mustard, cream, and wine meet in perfect harmony. As you sip and stir, you'll learn classic techniques that make French cuisine both timeless and approachable. Bon voyage and bon appetit!
Menu:
- Poulet a la Moutarde - pan-seared chicken with creamy Dijon and white wine sauce
- Celery Root and Potato Puree - silky, buttery mash with a hint of celery root
- Roasted Seasonal Vegetables - herb-roasted perfection
- Salade Verte - crisp greens with Dijon vinaigrette and shallots
- Creme Brulee - the iconic caramelized French custard

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
