Take the guesswork out of cooking salmon in this approachable, flavor-packed class! Learn how to achieve perfectly pan-seared salmon with a beautiful golden crust, then finish it with a bright and creamy piccata sauce featuring lemon and capers. Complete your plate with savory garlic roasted potatoes and tender roasted haricots verts. We’ll start with a fresh seasonal salad and finish on a sweet note with creamy gelato. Along the way, you’ll pick up simple techniques for selecting, seasoning, searing, and serving salmon with confidence at home.
Seats are priced per person. Please list any dietary restrictions in the comment section.
