As seen on TV! Join Chef Mark and Dietitian Elizabeth for a fun cooking competition and class. You will work in teams to turn mystery ingredients into delicious, balanced dishes. You will learn practical nutrition tips, get creative in the kitchen, and enjoy tasting and friendly competition. Come ready with some basic cooking skills in your pocket and a positive attitude! Take a lean protein, a whole grain and a fresh vegetable or fruit and make a delicious meal.
This class is designed for families, friends, and your closest culinary competition. Kids 8 and up are welcome with their adults. Since we will be working in teams, bring your team! Prizes awarded to the winners.
Our chefs will be battling for the best dessert — you be the judge!
We will need at least 8 participants in this class or we risk cancelation. Please bring your friends.

- Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to class time.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations, dishes, and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
