Belgian Waffle Ride: Utah

The Belgian Waffle Ride: Utah is the eighth annual BWR Utah, held May 14–15, 2027, at Main Street Park, 200 N Main St, Cedar City, UT 84721. Presented by BZI, the event welcomes cyclists, friends, and fans for a weekend of challenging “Unroad” riding in a high-desert setting, with long gravel sectors, altitude, and scenic views.

Course options:
- Waffle — 106 miles with approximately 5,500 feet of climbing
- Wafer — 65.1 miles with approximately 2,900 feet of climbing
- Wanna — 31.3 miles with approximately 1,200 feet of climbing

Final 2027 route details will be confirmed separately. The weekend includes rider check-in, the Unroad Expo, racing, and post-ride festivities.

Participants receive a Neversecond BWR musette bag with race-day essentials, a race number and RFID timing tag, a BWR memento or BWR Bucks, stocked feed zones, marked courses and on-course support, Unroad Expo access, pre- and post-ride waffles and beverages, post-ride beer with nonalcoholic options, a finisher’s trophy beer, and podium recognition and awards according to event rules.

Official BWR merchandise is available for purchase through registration and at the expo. Training and nutrition guidance is provided, with special emphasis on fueling for altitude and long gravel sectors. Refund and credit policies are outlined, and event insurance is available for purchase.
