Chef Laura
Macarons can be difficult to make, but once you know the correct method it gets easy! Our devoted Chef Laura will be teaching you how to craft the Italian meringue method of making macarons, a technique you can use again and again. Not only is the recipe itself useful, the wealth of knowledge provided by students and staff foster a fun, engaging learning environment for new and experienced Chefs alike.
Alongside our macaron cookie making, you'll melt chocolate wafers for dipping and have a collection of decorations so you can go home with macarons worth millions. It's a shareable moment for friends, family, coworkers, or just yourself. We provide fillings for your macarons so you can focus on making the cookie and enjoying the class.
A Chef-prepared dinner is provided during our class.
