In this hands-on class, you'll learn to make fresh pasta from scratch before tossing it in a rich and creamy basil pesto sauce with perfectly grilled chicken. Complete your summer-inspired meal with colorful grilled vegetables and finish on a sweet note with silky homemade ricotta gelato.

What to expect in a Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
- Seats are priced per person.
