Welcome to the Millcreek Community Writing Group! All writers are welcome to participate in this casual, inclusive meeting. This group meets the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month.
We’re a welcoming community of writers who love storytelling in all its forms. Whether you’re drafting your first page, polishing a finished piece, or simply curious about writing, writers of every genre, style, and experience level are invited to join us.
This is an inclusive, supportive space where everyone is encouraged to participate at their own comfort level. You do not need to have something written to attend, and sharing your work is always optional.
Meetings are usually divided into three parts:
- Sharing and constructive critique
- Open discussion (about writing, books, creativity, or whatever sparks conversation)
- Writing time with optional prompts and sharing if time allows
