About
Each month teens can read and discuss a banned/challenged book, learn about intellectual freedom, and grab some snacks.
Parents/Guardians are always welcome to join any meeting with their teens.
We will discuss teen books that have been banned or challenged historically or currently in the United States. We will talk about the time and circumstances of the ban/challenge, as well as the book as a whole. Teens can learn about the Library Bill of Rights, censorship, and choosing what books are right for them.
