11am-12pm — Opening hour: Yoga, breath work, meditation, etc. Led by rotating qualified facilitators in the community.
12:00-12:15pm — Opening Circle + guideline recap.
12:15-2:15pm — Ecstatic Dance with Live DJ.
2:15-2:30pm — Closing Circle + sound bath, acoustic music performance.
2:45-3:45pm — Post-dance: occasional impromptu song circle. Acoustic song sharing. Instruments welcome.
1:30-3pm — Healthy food available for purchase / social hour.

Ecstatic Dance weaves together live DJ's, immersive sound journeys, and free-form movement. It's a substance-free, all ages, community celebration where you can simply be yourself, and experience rejuvenation and inspiration through connection, dance & music.

Tickets are $20 for adults, $5 for children (under 18). We also offer a $155 10-punch pass.
