Ecstatic Dance

Ecstatic Dance weaves together live DJ's, immersive sound journeys, and free-form movement. It's a substance-free, all ages, community celebration where you can simply be yourself, and experience rejuvenation and inspiration through connection, dance & music.

• 11am-12pm: Opening hour of Yoga, Breath work, Meditation, etc. Lead by rotating qualified facilitators in the community.
• 12:00-12:15pm: Opening Circle + Guideline Recap.
• 12:15-2:15pm: Ecstatic Dance with Live DJ.
• 2:15-2:30pm: Closing Circle + Sound Bath, Acoustic Music Performance.
• 2:45-3:45pm: Post-dance, Occasional Impromptu Song Circle. Acoustic song sharing. Instruments welcome.
• 1:30-3pm: Healthy food available for purchase / social hour.
