Well, I do Eclair! (October 7th)
Wednesday, October 7th | 12:00pm - 2:00 p.m.
Harmons City Creek Cooking School
Chef Jake Driffill
This French dessert is believed to have been created by a chef that cooked for the Queen of France around the 19th Century. Éclairs have been a staple of the dessert case ever since.
Join us for an afternoon baking and learning the process of making these delicious pastries. Guests will work in groups and make Éclairs to take home. A light lunch will be served, so bring an appetite!
Seats are priced per person. Please list any dietary restrictions in the comment section.
To receive a refund or credit, cancellations must be received no less than 48 hours before the class begins. Please contact the school at [email protected] with any questions.
What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment. In this new format of Social Experience, there will be a little less hands on work and more learning techniques and gathering together to join in the fun.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
