Join us for an unforgettable experience and learn how to make your own pasta from scratch. Our Chef will demonstrate how simple it is to make pasta dough with a few simple pantry ingredients and empower you to make your own from home anytime! The Chef will make a rich Bolognese, and you will make a delicious Alfredo to go with your homemade spaghetti and fettuccine. Enjoy a fresh caprese flatbread to start and Italian sodas for a super fun evening.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations, dishes and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
