Five-course dinner with cocktail pairings, hosted by Sara Sergent, Master Botanical Distiller and CEO of Alpine Distilling.

The dinner features a progression of seasonal flavors:
- Herbed chèvre crostini with an Elevated Gin & Tonic
- Butternut squash and roasted bell pepper velouté with Lafayette Whiskey
- Citrus and fennel arugula salad with an AngeVert Spritz
- Pan-roasted heritage pork chop with bourbon glaze and an Alpine Old Fashioned
- Dark chocolate mousse with blackberry-port reduction and vanilla Chantilly cream, served with Alpine AngeVert as a dessert digestif
