Join us for the weekly Tuesday Night Speed Workout for our 15th year of organized workouts. We meet at the SUNY-Albany Track behind the Physical Education Building at 5:50 pm for instructions and warm up. The fast running begins at approximately 6:20 pm.
Workouts concentrate on VO2 Max, lactate threshold development, race preparation, with a little spice thrown in from time to time. All abilities are welcome and I can modify workouts to fit your individual needs.
Parking is available in the Dutch Quad Visitors Parking Lot about 400 meters from the P.E. Building. The weekly workout is generally posted on Tuesday morning. Runners with questions can contact me by email: DickVincentRun@gmail.com
