Barkwalk is the Capital Region’s dog fashion show, pet market, and adoption event, taking place on Saturday, May 30, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Lionheart on the Green in Albany, NY (Outside). Presented by JP McHale Pest Management.
The event features local pups walking the runway in themed categories including Best Dressed Pup, Owner & Dog Look-Alike, and Funniest Costume. You can register your dog for the runway for $10 per dog, with proceeds benefiting local rescues. General admission is free.
The event also hosts a vendor market brought to you by Benson's Pet Center, with participating vendors such as:

There will be an adoptable pet showcase featuring dogs from organizations like Mountain Rottie Rescue and Out of the Pits. Amy Z Photography will offer professional dog photography on site.
Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome. Please ensure your dog is comfortable in crowds and up to date on vaccinations. Spots for the runway show are limited, so early registration is encouraged. Vendor and sponsorship opportunities are also available.
