A Celebration of Indigenous Culture
Location: Willow Kiln Park (behind the theatre)

Held outdoors behind the Rosendale Theatre in Willow Kiln Park, this celebration will set the tone for an evening that honors the region’s layered indigenous history.

SATURDAY, JULY 4 @ 10AM
“A Community Reading of the Declaration of Independence”
With Music, History and Cake!
This long-standing Rosendale tradition invites the community to gather for a collective reading of the Declaration of Independence. Twenty readers will take turns reading the document aloud, illuminating multiple perspectives on the nation’s founding.
Following the reading, cake will be served to all attendees!

These events are FREE and OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
